We are committed to achieving that goal. OUR GUARANTEE: Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every gift we ship is warranted to have the look and value represented on our site. If you or your gift recipient is not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a partial credit or full refund. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned. If a gift is to be shipped to a hospital , college , or any similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender, on the date specified, there is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or company. We assume no liability for product that is lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. We do not offer any guarantee under these circumstances.
Payment: We accept: most major credit cards including Pay Pal. Returns: All products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged. (We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier.) Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it within three (3)days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund. Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.

High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas) Substitutions: We offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products. At times, Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If due to crop failure or poor weather conditions a particular flower, plant, or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute with another fresh selection of equal or greater value.
At times, certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. As with fresh products, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value. Shipping: We offer different shipping options. Paypal, UPS Ground Over-night Second Day Air Express 2-3 day Currently, gift baskets are the only items that can be shipped UPS Ground or Express. Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated and depending upon the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. Our order entry system is programmed to calculate the approximate arrival date for ground shipments. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest either overnight or 2-day. To insure freshness, cut flowers must be shipped Over-night. A special reduced rate for all fresh flower shipments is offered. All other gift selections are shipped Second Day or Over-night. Orders placed by 12 noon EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day. For example, if you place an order after 12 noon on Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday. We are unable to ship to the following destinations: P.O. Box (a physical address is required) APO / FPO (military addresses) Alaska & Hawaii Internationally Also, state agricultural restrictions in Arizona and California prevent shipping certain plant material. Our order entry system will identify the restricted items.
Return policy for our homemade soap
All sales are final on our homemade soaps that appear under there own category. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns since we cannot guarantee the purity of returned products. If there is something missing from your order, or the incorrect item was sent, we will correct your order. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will issue a refund.

How is my order shipped? We provide UPS ground on most of our homemade products ? We currently ship to the United States , Canada and other international countries, excluding Africa, due to the high scamming comming from that area, we would love to service everyone but because of that we can't. Receiving outside country may take up to 2weeks.

Our candles are 100% guarantee, if for any reason you choose to return them for any reason, unused, you may and you will be responsible for the shipping. You must contact us within 5 business days after receiving your package , once we receive the package back we will at that time refund your money
